Mesa Antero Architectural Control Committee

Our Mission

The mission of the MAACC was established by the covenants of Mesa Antero property owners and is staffed by elected volunteers. The Committee works to ensure the harmony of external design with existing structures as required by the covenants. It’s our mission to serve the property owners through review and approval of the plans for any new home and certain exterior enhancements assisting them in realizing the dream of their home in the mountains.. 

Our Process

(a)To approve construction and installation plans, in writing, as to compatibility of external design with existing structures of the subdivision and compliance with all structural restrictions specified in the protective covenants.

(b)To approve location of structures with respect to topography, easements, and finished grade elevations.

(c)To monitor construction projects approved by the Committee through completion of the project.

(d)To monitor the subdivision for violation of covenants that deal with construction projects that are to be approved by the Committee.

(e)To protect the interests of Mesa Antero residents with regard to potential covenant violations that deal with construction in the subdivision.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Mesa Antero Architectural Control Committee (“MAACC”) is to efficiently and uniformly evaluate the plans for construction of residences, additions or alterations thereto, incidental structures and other significant construction projects in the Mesa Antero Subdivision. 

The Committee generally meets quarterly or on a as-needed basis.
